The circularity of the hydrological cycle

The hydrological cycle describes the movement of water as it evaporates from the oceans to become clouds, moves over land and falls as rain and then flows back to the oceans. The little boy in the rain coat is watching the dripping water off the awning and floating a boat in the stream in the gutter. The lady is buying a fish. That fish is dead, but the other fish are jumping out of the ice and heading back to the ocean. The rain water is not the only thing doing some cycling.
